SHIPPING INFO

  • Shipping Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery is typically completed within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Charges: Standard shipping charges may apply based on the order's destination and weight. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • In case of any issue, inform us within 24 Hrs of delivery by emailing us at care@kasidakaari.com.

  • Ship the item back within 7 days of delivery.

  • All our items have tags attached; if tags are removed, including defects (if any), they are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

  • Color variations will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • Threads coming out, zari coming out, or minor inconsistencies are not considered defects.

  • Our authorization is necessary for a return. If an item is shipped back to us without our authorization, we will not be liable to refund.

  • We are not liable for any delays by the shipping carrier. If your order does not reach you on time for an event due to a delay by the carrier, we are not liable to accept it as a return.

  • Defects are considered as a tear; in case of a tear, please email us pictures of the defect at care@kasidakaari.com, and we will verify it with our quality check videos.

  • Please email us at care@kasidakaari.com if you have any issues with your order. Calls, chats, and WhatsApp messages will not be considered proof of conversation.

  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale items, discounted items, or items bought during a promotional sale (includes products shopped during site-wide sales, promotional sales, or other discounts/coupons applied)

  • Conditions of Return:
    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Only items with defects are eligible for returns.

  • Conditions of Refund:
    If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 business days.

  • Cancellation of Orders:

  • We do not cancel orders once placed. However, under valid reasons and unavoidable circumstances, we are happy to assist with cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, only if it has not been shipped. A 5% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the product cost.

  • No cancellations are allowed once the order has been shipped.
