Wash instructions: Handloom fabrics tend to bleed in the initial washes due to the presence of natural dyes. Please do not soak them in water, as that can lead to the overlapping of colours. Wash and dry them in shade. First wash dry cleaning is recommended as that is known to strengthen the colours leading to less bleeding further on.

Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Returns Policies:

• In case of any issue, inform us within 24 Hrs of delivery by emailing us at care@kasidakaari.com.
• Ship the item back within 7 days of delivery.
• All our items have tags attached; if tags are removed, including defects (if any), they are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
• Color variations will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• Threads coming out, zari coming out, or minor inconsistencies are not considered defects.
• Our authorization is necessary for a return. If an item is shipped back to us without our authorization, we will not be liable to refund.
• We are not liable for any delays by the shipping carrier. If your order does not reach you on time for an event due to a delay by the carrier, we are not liable to accept it as a return.
• Defects are considered as a tear; in case of a tear, please email us pictures of the defect at care@kasidakaari.com, and we will verify it with our quality check videos.
• Please email us at care@kasidakaari.com if you have any issues with your order. Calls, chats, and WhatsApp messages will not be considered proof of conversation.
• The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns are not accepted for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Sale items, discounted items, or items bought during a promotional sale (includes products shopped during site-wide sales, promotional sales, or other discounts/coupons applied)

Conditions of Return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Only items with defects are eligible for returns.

Conditions of Refund:
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 business days.

Cancellation of Orders:

• We do not cancel orders once placed. However, under valid reasons and unavoidable circumstances, we are happy to assist with cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, only if it has not been shipped. A 5% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the product cost.
• No cancellations are allowed once the order has been shipped.

1. Slight Irregularities in Stitch Size

• In hand-embroidered pieces, stitch sizes may slightly vary due to the nature of manual work. This is not a defect but a hallmark of authentic, handmade craftsmanship.

2. Minor Thread Inconsistencies

• Threads used in embroidery can sometimes appear slightly uneven in texture or thickness. This variation is a result of the traditional processes involved in creating the thread, especially in styles like Phulkari and Zardosi.

3. Color Variations

• Hand-dyed fabrics and threads can have slight variations in color. Since natural dyes are often used, minor differences in shades or tone across the fabric are part of the charm of traditional embroidery and should not be considered defects.

4. Slight Asymmetry in Patterns

• Unlike machine-made embroidery, handwork can lead to slight asymmetry in designs or patterns. This subtle irregularity is a signature of the hand-embroidery process, adding to the uniqueness of each piece.

5. Loose Threads or Knots on the Inside

• It’s common in hand-embroidered items for there to be loose threads, small knots, or minor finishing imperfections on the reverse side of the fabric. These don’t affect the durability or aesthetic of the item and are not considered defects.

6. Fabric Wrinkles or Texture Changes

The fabric may have slight wrinkles or texture changes due to the tension applied during the embroidery process. These should smooth out with proper ironing or washing and are not indicative of poor quality.

• Shipping Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery is typically completed within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

• Shipping Charges: Standard shipping charges may apply based on the order's destination and weight. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
